I got very excited about this one. There is a lot mediocre stop motion out there so it’s great to stumble across such a gem. I’ve got a few more for you before the month is out x

Strange, the action seems to be much too smooth for stop-motion. Doesn’t really give the same vibe. I LOVE the ending though! Totally unexpected!

I too prefer stop motion with a more hand-crafted look. I really enjoyed Coraline and ParaNorman but the seamlessness and combination of CG elements takes something away from the final result.
I love the surprise ending, if I’m not sure how I feel about something a strong finish will turn me around. x

Great and loved the mucic also which sounded like The National but I couldn’t catch a music attribute in the credits. Probably there; on my phone so very smal screen.
